Any info on Heartland?

There was a big ad for them in the employment section of our paper yesterday. It sounded pretty good as far as benefits and time off. Just wondering if anyone has any info on the company since I haven't heard too much about them. How are the benefits and time off? Do you work weekends and holidays?
